FOR COMFORT

Belly Bandit: This really helped my back and shoulder pain, especially during those final months when my belly got really heavy.

NUEMEE Exercise Ball Chair: I had severe leg pain and my doctor told me to use this instead of my desk chair. It really helped. Also helpful for 3rd trimester and delivery room exercises.

C- Shaped Pregnancy Pillow: I tried and returned a few. Finally started sleeping through the night when I got this one. It is so fluffy, it feels like sleeping on a cloud.

Lap Desk: Needed this to work from bed. Pair it with your preggo pillow and you are golden.

3 Step Regimen for Itchy Skin

One of the biggest surprises that no one told me about pregnancy was how itchy you get. Here is my 3 step regimen recommended by my friend and esthetician Liz Kennedy - it really worked. And added bonus, I didn’t get a single stretch mark this pregnancy! I don’t know if that’s genetics or luck, but this couldn’t have hurt.

This regimen is gentle on skin and pregnancy approved*

Step 1 : Exfoliate with Republica Sugar Body Polish. I did this 2-3 x a week.

Step 2: Moisturize daily all over with La Roche-Posay Triple Repair Cream

Step 3: Top off daily with Osea Body Oil

For Style

These are some of the brands that got me through the 9 months and made me feel a bit more human.

Legoe Heritage: Use my code LEGOExNATHALIA for 15% off

*I also recommend a Rent the Runway subscription if you have a formal event or need lots of work clothes and don’t want to spend a ton of money on clothes you’ll only wear for a short time.

FOR HEALTH

Modern Fertility: There are many prenatal vitamins on the market but I chose these for several reasons. They are developed by OBGYNs, I can auto subscribe so I never miss a month, I can pay with my HSA account and comes in a reusable glass jar for your monthly refill packs. They also offer fertility tests and more. Get $20 off here.

This is Needed: The trimester bundles are the perfect nutrition supplement to add to your routine.

Preggie Pop Drops: Good for nausea, but also just yummy
